are you really hungry?
no? why are you angry?
come out of your essence
face to face your existence,
as the sky hungers for the earth
as man hungers for mirth
as life longs for motion
as mind asks for inspiration
as the heart pines for love for ever
as nature yearns after endless pleasure

the world runs from morning to evening
night moans for getting back shining
we all are in unending hunger
frazzled moon indulges in dolour,
universe hungers for diversity in its course
love provides her with eternal force
everything is in assorted hunger
nothing can slake their hidden desire
what they yearn is obscure to them
all are mad for their fame
am I alone pining for you?
vastness stares at me with strange view
